I have another ad like this on my tumblr somewhere and I find it interesting the priority of the time was ‘need to put on a bit of weight to be sexy.’ Now a days ads are more likely to have a tag line like ‘need to loose those last 10 pounds? Here are some women who tried the product and talk about how much better their lives are now.’
I think it’s just really interesting to see the change in our society.
